Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Pro Sales Manager to lead a team of Pro Account Representatives and drive outside sales for managed accounts. You will build pipelines, coach the team, and coordinate with multiple business units to improve Pro performance and profitability.

Ideal candidates have leadership experience in a high-paced retail environment, strong negotiation and communication skills, and a track record of driving sales growth with professional customers.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and legally permitted to work in the United States.
• 3+ years of previous leadership experience
• 4+ years account management or sales management experience

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Pro Account Representatives to drive outside sales and profitability.
• Provide direction and guidance to Outside Sales team and coach via customer visits and Salesforce.
• Develop market strategies to win across Pro customer segments and drive Pro sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with Pro customers and ensure excellent service.
