Job summary

ERC Pathlight in Colorado is seeking Program Coordinators (PC I–III) to support inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization care. You’ll provide milieu management, mealtime support, group facilitation, and administrative tasks across locations, with flexibility for weekends and on-call shifts.

Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED (PC I/II) or a bachelor’s in behavioral health (PC III), and may need ServSafe certification.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required for PC I/II; for PC III, a Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health is required.
• ServSafe certification may be required depending on state and local licensing regulations.
• Mental Health/Psych Tech or CNA certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Milieu Management: maintain daily structure, safety checks, coping skills support, room and luggage checks, mealtime supervision.
• Group Facilitation: participate and document in the EHR, support group outings.
• Meal Support: participate in meals and snacks, provide coaching per treatment plan, assist with procurement as needed.
• Administrative Support: complete documentation, transport patients as needed, support transport and mail daily.
