Job summary

ERC Pathlight is hiring a Program Coordinator to oversee direct patient care in inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization settings. You will provide supervision, structure, and meal support, ensuring adherence to treatment plans across multiple sites and shifts.

The role requires a high school diploma (or GED) for PC I/II and a bachelor’s in behavioral health for PC III, with driving privilege and ServSafe certification as noted. California pay range is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required for PC I/II roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or related field required for PC III.
• ServSafe certification may be required depending on state licensing.

Responsibilities

• Milieu Management and safety checks as ordered by physician.
• Group facilitation and documentation in the EHR.
• Meal support and supervision during meals and snacks.
• Provide patient transportation as needed for medical appointments.
• Complete shift documentation and incident reporting.
• Support additional transportation, errands, and food procurement as needed.
