Job summary

Eating Recovery Center Pathlight is seeking a Program Coordinator (PRN) to support inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization patients across Colorado facilities. You will assist with meals, supervision, and therapeutic programming, while maintaining documentation and safety checks throughout shifts.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license where required, and 1+ year of direct patient care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or related field required.
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record where applicable.
• ServSafe certification may be required depending on state and local licensing regulations.
• Minimum of one year direct patient care experience.

Responsibilities

• Milieu management and maintaining daily program structure.
• Observation rounds and safety checks as ordered by physician.
• Provide meal support and supervision during meals and snacks.
• Group facilitation and documentation in the EHR.
• Transport patients to medical appointments when needed.
• Distribute mail and packages daily.
