Job summary

ERC Pathlight is hiring for a Program Coordinator role across PC I–III levels. You’ll supervise inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization patients, support meals, and help implement treatment plans. Be prepared for weekends, on-call shifts, and cross-site coverage with a flexible schedule.

The role requires varying education, a valid driver’s license, and state credentials where required. Competitive compensation and a robust benefits program are offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required for PC I/II; Bachelor’s in behavioral health for PC III.
• Washington state credential may be pending at time of hire; ServSafe may be required depending on state licensing.
• Experience in direct patient care and ability to work across multiple ERC Pathlight sites.

Responsibilities

• Milieu management and daily program structure.
• Group facilitation and documentation in EHR.
• Meal support and therapeutic mealtime coaching.
• Administrative support and patient transportation as needed.
