Job summary

ERC Pathlight seeks a Program Coordinator to supervise inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization patients, ensuring structure, safety, and compassionate care. The role involves mealtime support, documentation, and coordination across shifts and locations.

You will work with a multi-disciplinary team to implement therapeutic programming, support patients’ dietary needs, and help maintain a safe, healing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or related field required.
• Minimum 1 year direct patient care experience required.
• ServSafe certification may be required depending on location.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record may be required where company vehicles are used.
• Washington teammates must hold a state credential (may be pending) and certification requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Milieu management with daily program structure and safety checks.
• Provide mealtime and meal-support duties with patients.
• Conduct patient care duties including vital signs and observations.
• Participate in group facilitation and maintain documentation in EHR.
• Support transportation and additional facility needs as required.
• Distribute mail and packages daily.
