Job summary

ERC Pathlight is seeking Program Coordinators (I–III) to supervise inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization patients across multiple sites. You will provide structure, mealtime support, and contribute to therapeutic programming under the supervision of clinical staff.

Responsibilities include milieu management, group facilitation, and documentation in the EHR. A high school diploma is required, with growth into more advanced roles encouraged.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record required for locations with company vehicles.
• Washington state credential may be pending at time of hire.
• ServSafe certification may be required depending on state/local licensing regulations.
• Mental Health/Psych Tech or CNA certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Milieu management and daily program structure.
• Observe rounds and safety checks as ordered by physician.
• Support meals and snacks; assist with dietary needs.
• Complete documentation in EHR for group facilitation.
• Provide patient transportation as needed for medical appointments.
• Assist with meal planning, shopping, and food procurement as needed.
• Distribute mail and packages daily.
