Job summary

ERC Pathlight in Denver, CO is seeking a Program Coordinator for Child & Adolescent services. The role involves direct patient supervision in inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization settings, with emphasis on milieu management, mealtime support, and collaborative care planning.

Responsibilities include group facilitation, documentation in the EHR, patient transport, and ensuring safety. Requires HS diploma, a behavioral health degree, and driving credentials as applicable;

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (required).
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record (required at sites with company vehicles).
• Washington teammates must hold a state credential (may be pending).
• ServSafe certification may be required depending on state and local regulations (required).
• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or related field (required).
• Minimum of one year of direct patient care experience (required).
• Minimum of six months of experience in a behavioral health or related field (required).

Responsibilities

• Milieu management and maintaining daily program structure.
• Observation rounds and safety checks as ordered by physician.
• Work with patients on de-escalation and coping skills per treatment plan.
• Conduct room and luggage searches.
• Provide meal support and supervise meals and snacks.
• Complete documentation in the EHR for group facilitation and events.
• Provide patient transportation and support outings as needed.
• Administrative support around mealtimes and documentation.
