Job summary

ERC Pathlight is seeking a Program Coordinator to support inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization patients. You will help maintain structure, supervise meals, and assist with therapeutic programming while adhering to regulatory requirements.

A flexible schedule and weekend/on-call availability are required. Requirements include a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, ServSafe where required, and a bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or related field.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of direct patient care experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or related field.
• ServSafe certification may be required depending on state and local licensing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily program structure and conduct observation rounds.
• Provide meal and milieu support during shifts.
• Complete documentation in the EHR for patient care and events.
