Job summary

ERC Pathlight in Colorado is seeking a Program Coordinator at the PC I–III levels to provide direct supervision and care for patients across inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization settings. You will maintain a safe, structured milieu and support the implementation of individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities include patient supervision, de-escalation support, documentation in the EHR, meal support, and collaboration with the treatment team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Health or related field required for PC III; general degree requirements vary by level.

Responsibilities

• Milieu Management: maintain daily program structure and safety.
• Group Facilitation: participate in facilitation of therapeutic groups and corresponding documentation.
• Meal Support: participate in all meals, provide meal coaching aligned with treatment plans, document accordingly.
• Administrative & Operational Support: documentations, transport for medical appointments, and other facility needs.
