Job summary

ERC Pathlight in Maryland seeks a Program Coordinator (PC I–III) to supervise inpatients, support meals, and uphold therapeutic programming across facilities. You will provide structure, safety checks, and compassionate care, coordinating with teams to meet patients’ dietary and behavioral needs.

Responsibilities include documenting in the EHR, participating in group sessions, and assisting with patient transportation as required. A flexible schedule and weekend availability are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral health or related field required.
• Minimum of one year of direct patient care experience required.
• ServSafe certification may be required depending on state/licensing regulations.
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record required where vehicles are used.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient supervision and support across inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization.
• Assist with mealtime support and meal documentation.
• Maintain daily program structure and safety checks.
• Complete documentation in the EHR.
• Transport patients to medical appointments as needed.
• Support administrative tasks during shifts.
• Ensure adherence to allergy-safety system.
