Intermountain Health is seeking a PRN scheduling specialist at Peaks Regional Office in Broomfield, CO. The role schedules and pre-registers patients for appointments, outpatient visits, procedures, and other department events, while handling high call volumes across multiple locations.

You will use multiple systems, input patient data, verify insurance benefits, and assist patients with preparation and location information.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or 4 years of revenue cycle experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of revenue cycle experience and/or 2 years of contact center experience.
• Proficient computer skills with ability to self-resolve technical issues.

Responsabilités

• Schedule and pre-register patients for appointments, outpatient visits, procedures, and other departmental appointments.
• Manage high call volumes across multiple locations and departments.
• Input and validate patient data in systems; verify insurance benefits and explain coverage.
• Assist patients with preparation and location information; monitor and resolve basic issues.
