Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent OR (4) years of revenue cycle experience.
• Minimum of (2) years of revenue cycle experience and/or (2) years of contact center experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and pre-register patients for appointments and procedures across multiple locations.
• Handle high call volumes and multi-location coordination.
• Validate patient data, verify insurance, and explain benefits as needed.
• Provide preparation and location information to patients.
• Mentor new hires as needed and support team knowledge sharing.
• Adhere to Intermountain Health service behavior standards and policies.
