Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your schedule and get paid quickly after each lesson.

Requirements include at least 2 years of swim instruction, CPR/First Aid, reliability, and US work authorization. You will travel to clients, create customized lesson plans, and ensure safety while delivering engaging, age-appropriate instruction.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student’s abilities.
• Assess student skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, comprehensive learning experience while ensuring student safety.
