Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional swim instructors to teach private lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your own schedule, travel to local locations, and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

Requirements include 2+ years of swim instruction, 18+, CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain), reliable transportation, US work authorization, and a professional, safety-minded approach. Background check provided.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Able to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Background check clearance.
• Comfort with teaching children and adults.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess students' skills and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, thorough learning experience and ensure safety.
