Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US, with you setting the schedule and earning fast payments.

Responsibilities include private and small group lessons, creating personalized plans, ensuring safety, and traveling to lesson locations. You must have 2+ years experience, CPR/First Aid, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• US work authorization required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
