Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your own schedule, choose which clients to work with, and can be paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

Requirements include at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, 18+ years old, CPR/First Aid, and US work authorization. You will travel to client locations, create personalized lesson plans, ensure safety, and provide engaging lessons for all ages.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Swim instruction equipment if need be.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• A professional and positive attitude, especially when working with children and adults.
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
