Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your schedule and choose which clients to work with; you’ll be paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

Our team supports you with client matches and a smooth onboarding process. Requirements include at least 2 years of swim instruction, 18+, CPR/First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain), reliable transportation, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
Reliable transportation to clients’ pools/homes.
US-based with valid work authorization.
Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student’s ability and learning style.
Assess student skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons accordingly.
Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience while ensuring safety.
