Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional and experienced private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools across the United States. You set your own schedule and choose which clients to work with; payments are issued within 24 hours after each lesson.

Requirements include at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, being 18 or older, CPR/First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain), reliable transportation, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
