Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring experienced private swim instructors to teach in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your own schedule and travel locally, with payment within 24 hours after each lesson.

You will create personalized lesson plans, ensure student safety, and provide a fun, results-focused learning experience for all ages. A minimum of 2 years' instruction and CPR/First Aid are expected; US work authorization is required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• Swim instruction equipment if needed.
• Based in the US with US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude, especially with children and adults.
• Confidence in creating and delivering personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess student skills, monitor progress, and adapt lessons accordingly.
• Provide a fun, full, tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
