Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach in clients’ homes and community pools across the US. You set your own schedule and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson. We supply clients; you bring expertise and safety.

Applicants should have at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, CPR/First Aid certification, be 18+, and based in the US with work authorization. Travel to local pools is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Must be based in the US with US work authorization.
• Reliable transportation and a professional, positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Create and adapt custom lesson plans.
• Travel to client pool locations.
• Ensure student safety at all times.
