Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and private/community pools across the US. You set the schedule and are paid quickly, often within 24 hours after each lesson.

Choose clients, travel locally, and benefit from our support network and insurance coverage. Requirements include 2+ years of swim instruction, US work authorization, CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain), reliable transportation, and the ability to deliver personalized lesson

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be based in the US and have US work authorization.
• Reliable transportation.
• Background check required.
• Ability to create and deliver personalized lesson plans.
• Willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid certification if not current.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons as needed.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for students and clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
