Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach in clients' homes and community pools across the US. You set your own schedule and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

Travel to local client locations is required, and you will work with clients matched to your area and availability. Requirements include at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, 18+, CPR/First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain), reliable transportation, and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience (from the ad).
• Must be 18+ years old and have CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess progress and adapt lessons to student needs.
• Ensure student safety at all times.
