Alpha School is hiring for an on-site campus admissions role, managing the entire membership journey from inquiry to first day. The position requires leading tours, assessing fit, and maintaining CRM records.

You will support families with high expectations, handle multiple prospects, and use AI tools to prep and summarize interactions. The role emphasizes in-person engagement with affluent families, strict timelines, and on-site daily work at a single campus within a selective network.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing role where an individual or family was the buyer at $25,000+ per client or $2,000+ per month.
• Personally owned a client, admissions, or enrollment journey from first inquiry through the commitment decision.
• Managed 7+ client relationships at once in a CRM, database, or tracking system.
• Told a prospective client not to buy, enroll, or join because it was not the right fit.
• Used AI tools in a client-facing workflow.

Responsibilities

• Own the membership journey for every prospective family from first inquiry to onboarding and needs assessment.
• Handle 20+ active families at once, respond to inquiries promptly, review applications daily.
• Lead campus tours, info sessions, and shadow days to illustrate who this is for.
• Form admit or decline recommendations and deliver the decision to the family.
• Keep HubSpot and SIS current after every interaction and report pipeline health weekly.
