Job summary

Alpha seeks an on-site Director of Membership for a single campus to manage the end-to-end inquiry-to-enrollment journey. You will engage 20+ active families, conduct campus tours, and guide decisions with a keen eye for fit and service quality.

You will maintain HubSpot and SIS records, coordinate with leadership, and leverage AI tools to prepare for conversations and summaries. This is a high-trust, high-impact role in a selective private school network.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing role with a buyer for $25,000+ per client
• Owned a client/admissions journey from inquiry to commitment
• Managed 7+ client relationships in a CRM or tracking system
• Told a prospective client not to buy if not the right fit
• Used AI tools in a client-facing workflow
• Communicates concisely and professionally with executives/high-net-worth clients
• Led polished in-person tours, presentations for affluent families or high-profile visitors
• Built a multi-touch relationship over 30+ days
• Owned enrollment/revenue target for 12+ months with results
• Built a demand channel that brought paying clients or enrolled families
• Lives in or will move within 60 days to a campus market
• Willing to work on-site daily
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Own the membership journey from inquiry through onboarding for one campus
• Carry 20+ active families at once, respond to inquiries promptly and review applications daily
• Lead campus tours, open houses, info sessions, and shadow days
• Form admit/decline recommendations and deliver decisions to families
• Keep HubSpot and SIS current after every interaction and report pipeline health weekly
