Job summary

You will coordinate with audit and tax teams, maintain fund documents, and ensure adherence to SLAs while handling complex transactions. The role requires a professional accounting qualification (CA/CPA) with 4+ years of PE fund experience, strong MS Excel skills, and solid client

Qualifications

• CA or CPA with 4+ years of private equity fund administration experience.
• Knowledge of US GAAP for Investment Funds and PE fund structures.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or MBA.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines and balance priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of client deliverables for Private Equity fund administration clients including client expectations and timelines as well as issues and escalations.
• Stay abreast of industry standards and best practices while seeking opportunities to enhance efficiency and mitigate risks.
• Liaise with support functions and internal stakeholders including risk, audit, compliance, implementation, investor relations, and operations.
• Ensure adherence to control framework including policies and procedures.
• Assist in ad hoc client projects and internal initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members and provide oversight on technical topics and client-related issues.
