Job summary

You will coordinate with audit and tax teams and manage timelines per SLAs. The role requires a professional accounting qualification (CA/CPA) with 4+ years’ PE fund experience, strong US GAAP knowledge, and excellent client service skills.

Qualifications

• CA or CPA preferred with 4+ years in Private Equity fund administration or related field.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP for Investment Funds and PE fund structures.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or MBA; ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Support daily client deliverables for Private Equity fund administration clients and manage timelines.
• Monitor industry standards, seek efficiency improvements and mitigate risks.
• Coordinate with risk, audit, compliance, and operations teams and communicate with clients.
• Ensure adherence to control framework and internal policies.
• Assist with ad hoc client projects and supervise technical topics for staff.
• Review fund documents and side letters to assess reporting impact and compliance.
