Qualifications

• A professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA) and 8+ years in Private Equity funds.
• Knowledge of US GAAP for Investment Funds and PE fund structures.
• Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or MBA; strong deadline management.

Responsibilities

• Support daily client deliverables for Private Equity fund administration clients.
• Manage books and records, compute NAVs, and prepare financial statements.
• Assist with capital events and coordinate year-end processes.
• Liaise with risk, audit, compliance, investor relations, and operations teams.
• Mentor staff and oversee technical topics and client-related issues.
• Review governing documents to assess impact on reporting deliverables.
