Job summary

J.P. Morgan Alternative Fund Services is seeking a Private Equity Fund Admin Associate to support daily client deliverables, including NAV computations, financial statements, capital events, and carried interest calculations.

The role requires a professional accounting qualification (CA/CPA) with 4+ years' experience in private equity fund administration, strong US GAAP knowledge, and advanced Excel skills. You will coordinate with audit, tax, risk, and compliance teams to meet SLAs.

Qualifications

• CA or CPA with 4+ years in private equity fund administration.
• Knowledge of US GAAP for Investment Funds.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or MBA.
• Ability to meet deadlines while balancing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and a collaborative management style.
• Proficiency in MS Office and advanced MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of client deliverables for Private Equity fund administration clients including timelines and issues.
• Stay abreast of industry standards and seek efficiency improvements.
• Liaise with risk/control, audit, compliance, implementation, investor relations, and operations.
• Ensure adherence to prescribed control framework and procedures.
• Assist in ad hoc client projects and internal initiatives.
• Collaborate with team and provide oversight on technical topics and client issues.
• Review fund governing documents, side letters, and agreements for reporting impact.
