Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New Jersey is seeking a Private Equity Fund Admin Associate to support daily client deliverables for Private Equity fund administration clients.

You will assist with books and records, computation of Net Asset Valuations, preparation of financial statements, overseeing capital events, calculating management fees and carried interest, and coordinating year-end with audit and tax teams.

Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA) with 4+ years of PE fund experience.
• Knowledge of US GAAP for Investment Funds and PE fund structures.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or MBA.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and client-focused service.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Support all client deliverables for PE fund administration including timelines and escalations.
• Oversee books and records, NAV computations, and financial statements.
• Coordinate with audit and tax teams for year-end processes.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and monitor control framework.
• Review fund governing documents for reporting impacts.
• Assist ad hoc client projects and staff development under supervision.
