Job summary

J.P. Morgan Alternative Fund Services (AFS) seeks a Private Equity Fund Admin Associate to support daily client deliverables for Private Equity fund administration clients.

You will assist with books and records, NAV computations, financial statements, capital events, and reporting, ensuring SLAs and timely client satisfaction. Qualified candidates hold CA/CPA and 4+ years in PE fund administration, with US GAAP knowledge and strong MS Excel skills.

Qualifications

• CA or CPA designation and 4+ years in Private Equity fund administration.
• US GAAP for Investment Funds knowledge and PE fund structures.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or MBA.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and balance priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and a collaborative management style.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and client service skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of client deliverables for Private Equity fund administration clients including client expectations and timelines.
• Stay abreast of industry standards and best practices while seeking opportunities to enhance efficiency and mitigate risks.
• Liaise with risk, audit, compliance, implementation, investor relations, and operations.
• Ensure adherence to control framework including policies and procedures.
• Assist in ad hoc client projects and internal initiatives.
• Collaborate with team and provide oversight on technical topics and client issues.
• Review fund governing documents, side letters, and agreements to determine impact on reporting deliverables.
