Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification (CA/CPA) with 4+ years in Private Equity funds.
• Knowledge of US GAAP for Investment Funds and fund structures.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or MBA; CPA/CA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support daily client deliverables for Private Equity fund administration clients.
• Compute net asset valuations and prepare financial statements.
• Oversee capital events, management fees, and carried interest calculations.
• Coordinate year-end processes with audit and tax teams and meet SLAs.
• Review governing documents and ensure reporting deliverables are accurate.
