Job summary

You will help manage daily deliverables, including NAV computations, financial statements, capital events, fees and carried interest, investor reporting, and year-end coordination with audit and tax teams. The role requires a solid understanding of Private Equity fund structures, accounting for complex transactions, and familiarity with fund governing documents.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA with 4+ years of Private Equity fund experience required.
• Knowledge of US GAAP for Investment Funds and PE fund structures required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or MBA required.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of client deliverables for Private Equity fund administration clients including timelines and issues.
• Monitor industry standards and implement process improvements to reduce operational risk.
• Coordinate with risk, audit, compliance, and operations teams on deliverables and controls.
• Ensure adherence to prescribed policies and procedures within the control framework.
• Assist in ad hoc client projects and internal initiatives.
• Provide oversight and mentorship on technical topics and client-related issues.
• Review fund governing documents and side letters to assess impact on reporting.
