You will assist with books and records, NAV calculations, financial statements, capital events, fees, carried interest, investor statements, and year-end coordination with audits. The role requires a professional accounting qualification (CA/CPA) with 4+ years’ PE fund experience, US GAAP knowledge, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification (CA/CPA) with 4+ years in Private Equity fund administration.
• Knowledge of US GAAP for Investment Funds and PE fund structures.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or MBA.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and collaborative management style.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of client deliverables for Private Equity fund administration clients, including timelines and issues.
• Stay updated on industry standards and seek ways to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
• Coordinate with risk, audit, compliance, and operations teams; manage stakeholder expectations.
