Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA) with 4+ years of Private Equity fund experience.
• Knowledge of US GAAP for Investment Funds and understanding of PE fund structures.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or MBA.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of client deliverables for Private Equity fund administration, including timelines and escalations.
• Stay current with industry standards and seek opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
• Coordinate with risk, audit, compliance, and operations; manage reviews of fund governing documents and side letters.
