Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in event sales or similar hospitality roles.

Responsibilities

• Generate private dining and F&B event business through outbound sales.
• Conduct site tours, create proposals, manage full sales cycle.
• Build relationships with corporate clients and event planners.
• Collaborate with restaurant managers, chefs, and staff to plan events.
• Prepare event orders and communicate details to operations.
• Achieve monthly and annual F&B event sales targets.
• Maintain client records and CRM activity.
• Represent hotel at networking events and shows.
• Provide day-of coordination and post-event follow-up.
