Job summary

Lefferts Investments seeks an experienced Event Sales Manager for Restaurants & F&B Banquet Space in Miami to drive private dining and group event sales across hotel outlets. Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in event sales, private dining sales, catering sales, or similar hospitality roles.
• Strong understanding of restaurants and food & beverage operations.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including proposal writing and client presentations.
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate private dining and F&B event business through outbound sales, networking, and inquiries.
• Conduct site tours, create proposals, and manage the full sales cycle for restaurant-based and banquet F&B events.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and local businesses.
• Collaborate with restaurant managers, chefs, and banquet staff to plan and execute high-quality events.
• Prepare detailed event orders (BEOs) and communicate details to operations teams.
• Represent the hotel at local networking events, trade shows, and marketing functions.
