Job summary

Gale Hotels in Miami seeks an Event Sales Manager of Restaurants & F&B to drive private dining and group event sales across the hotel’s outlets. You will lead the full sales cycle for private dinners, receptions, and corporate dining experiences, building revenue through targeted outreach and exceptional client service.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in event or catering sales, strong hospitality experience, and excellent relationship skills.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in event sales or catering sales.
• Strong understanding of restaurants and F&B operations.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, proposal writing, and presentations.
• Organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to build client relationships and deliver high-level service.
• Fluent English; Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate private dining and F&B event business through outreach.
• Conduct site tours, create proposals, and manage the full sales cycle for events.
• Build relationships with corporate clients, planners, and local businesses.
• Collaborate with managers, chefs, and banquet staff to plan and execute events.
• Prepare event orders (BEOs) and communicate details to operations.
• Maintain client records and pipeline activity in the CRM.
• Represent the hotel at local networking events and trade shows.
• Provide day-of coordination for private dining and banquet events.
• Liaise with Accounting to ensure accurate charges.
• Support on-site event execution and post-event follow-up.
