Job summary

Gale Hotel Miami seeks an Event Sales Manager of Restaurants & F&B to drive private dining and group event sales across the hotel's outlets. The role emphasizes revenue generation through F&B-focused events and requires proactive selling, hospitality experience, and strong client relationships.

You will manage full sales cycles, build relationships with corporate clients, plan and execute high-quality events with culinary teams, and maintain meticulous records in the CRM.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in event sales or catering sales or similar hospitality roles.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including proposals and presentations.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships and deliver outstanding service.

Responsibilities

• Generate private dining and F&B event business through outbound sales and inquiries.
• Conduct site tours, create proposals, and manage full sales cycles for restaurant-based and banquet events.
• Build relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and local businesses.
• Collaborate with restaurant managers, chefs, and banquet staff to plan and execute high-quality events.
• Stay informed on menus, beverage programs, and promotional events.
• Prepare event orders (BEOs) and ensure details are communicated to operations teams.
• Achieve monthly and annual F&B event sales targets and revenue goals.
• Maintain client records and CRM activity.
• Represent the hotel at local networking events and trade shows.
• Provide exceptional client service throughout planning, execution, and follow-up.
