The role requires strong project management, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple events with tight deadlines. Evening/weekend availability is often required; base salary plus commission is offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in event planning or related field.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent client-facing communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Experience with vendor coordination, budgeting, and contract management.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as events require.
• Proficiency in Triple Seat and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute private events from concept to completion.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the event planning process.
• Manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and event logistics.
• Oversee on-site event operations, staff, and setup to ensure seamless execution.
• Develop detailed event timelines, budgets, and run-of-show documents.
• Develop and execute quarterly sales plans to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align event goals with client expectations.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and reporting to drive revenue.
