Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in event planning or related field.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent client-facing communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Experience with vendor coordination, budgeting, and contract management.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as events require.
• Proficiency in Triple Seat and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.

Responsibilities
