Thomson Reuters in Eagan, Minnesota is seeking a #3 Subscription Services Operator for the 1st shift. You will perform setup tasks, monitor Core Print Solutions equipment, and troubleshoot as needed to ensure quality and efficiency.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, mechanical/technical proficiency, knowledge of Lean concepts, and the ability to read measurements. The role offers up to 50 lbs lifting and on-site work in a fast-paced printing plant.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; vocational/technical degree preferred.
• Strong mechanical and technical abilities with independent and team problem solving.
• Knowledge of Lean and continuous improvement concepts.
• Able to read measurements and use rulers; good communication skills.
• Experience with bindery lines and packaging equipment optional but preferred.
• Able to read safety and production documents; able to lift and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Review job specs and determine material and setup needs.
• Perform setup tasks and monitor equipment for quality.
• Troubleshoot product and equipment issues and document results.
• Communicate with shift team and hand off properly.
• Perform preventative maintenance and basic equipment checks.
• Operate workflows in computer systems and record activities.
