Job summary

Thomson Reuters Corp. is hiring an experienced 2nd shift Subscription Services Operator in Eagan, MN. You will review job specs, set up equipment, monitor runs, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high quality output.

You will lead and train others, maintain safety standards, and document activities in SAP and Tier Boards. The role requires strong mechanical skills, Lean/CI experience, and the ability to work with multiple machines on a printing line.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; technical/vocational degree preferred.
• Experience leading and training others in an industrial setting.
• Strong mechanical/technical skills with troubleshooting ability.

Responsibilities

• Review job specifications and set-up requirements.
• Monitor equipment and product during runs; perform troubleshooting.
• Provide work direction and training to crew; ensure safety and quality standards.
• Document activities in Tier Boards and SAP; manage materials and loads.
• Identify process improvements and participate in project teams.
