Job summary

Thomson Reuters in Eagan, MN seeks a #3 Subscription Services Operator for the Core Print Solutions team. You will set up equipment, monitor production, and troubleshoot to keep quality high. Strong teamwork and reading of safety/documentation are essential, with 5+ lbs lifting and PPE use expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; vocational/technical degree preferred.
• Strong mechanical/technical troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Knowledge of Lean concepts and continuous improvement.
• Competent with rulers and measurement; able to read documents such as safety rules.
• Good communication skills and willingness to participate in safety programs.
• Experience with Perfect Binders and related lines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review job specifications for material and set-up requirements.
• Perform set-up tasks for printing operations.
• Monitor equipment and product quality; seek maintenance support as needed.
• Troubleshoot simple to moderate issues on product or equipment.
• Record activities and material usage on tier boards and systems.
• Assist with feeding, catching off, stacking, and inventory checks as needed.
• Participate in safety programs and continuous improvement projects.
• Provide backup coverage for other operators during absences.
