Job summary

Thomson Reuters Corp. in Eagan, Minnesota is seeking an experienced Subscriptions Services Operator for our printing plant.

You will review job specifications, perform set-up tasks, monitor equipment, and troubleshoot on the Core Print Solutions team during the 1st shift. This role requires leading and training others, strong mechanical/technical skills, and familiarity with Lean and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience leading/training others is preferred.
• Experience in an industrial setting with production machinery is expected.
• Lean/continuous improvement experience is a plus.
• Ability to read measurements and use measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Review job specifications and determine material and set-up requirements.
• Perform or delegate set-up tasks and monitor the run for quality.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues; document issues.
• Provide work direction to crew and participate in safety programs.
• Record activities in Tier Boards and relevant systems (MII, SAP).
• Support continuous improvement and housekeeping in the work area.
