Thomson Reuters is seeking a Subscription Services Operator for the 1st shift in Eagan, Minnesota. You will review job specs, set up equipment, monitor runs, and troubleshoot to maintain quality.

Strong leadership and mechanical skills are required to train others and support safety initiatives. Responsibilities include documenting activities in systems like MII and SAP, providing guidance to the crew, and contributing to continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or higher.
• Experience leading and training others.
• Industrial setting with production machinery.
• Lean and continuous improvement experience.
• Strong mechanical/technical troubleshooting.
• Ability to read safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.

Responsabilités

• Review job specifications for material and set-up requirements.
• Perform or delegate and oversee set-up tasks.
• Monitor equipment and product quality during runs.
• Troubleshoot moderately complex machine issues.
• Document activities and inventory movements.
• Provide work direction and safety participation.
• Participate in project teams and continuous improvement.
• Backup for other operators during absences/breaks.
