Job summary

ABS Graphics Inc is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to act as liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of print services. You will obtain, analyze, and verify order information to provide quality service.

This role requires strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills, with experience in print production and customer service. Candidates should manage multiple tasks and collaborate across departments to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in print production project management and customer service.
• Excellent written and oral communication required.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills required.
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel; Avant software is a plus.
• Meet communicated schedules and deadlines.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and data handling.
• Knowledge of variable data and mailing procedures preferred.
• Ability to solve problems and resolve conflict.
• Detail oriented and able to multi-task.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming orders within 5 business hours of receipt.
• Verify specs against customer-approved estimates and re-estimate if needed.
• Coordinate with scheduling to ensure on-time delivery.
• Suggest efficiencies to save time or materials.
• Hold pre-production meetings with manufacturing managers.
• Create, price and communicate change orders.
• Verify postal requirements and quote postage.
• Manage proofing process and approvals.
• Coordinate use of outside vendors for jobs.
• Maintain customer materials and files.
• Track job progress and inform Sales/Customer of delays.
• Coordinate product distribution with shipping and confirm final delivery date.
• Alert leadership to potential customer dissatisfaction.
• Document complaints and support corrective actions.
• Complete billing within 48 hrs of shipping.
• Contribute to lean initiatives.
• Assist other departments as needed.
• All other duties as assigned.
