Job summary

ABC Imaging seeks a Printing Associate to serve as the primary contact for clients, handling printing, production, and graphic communication needs with accuracy and professionalism.

This role blends client service with print workflow coordination, supporting prepress, production, and finishing teams to meet tight deadlines while maintaining precise records and clear, proactive communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in printing or print production preferred.
• Background in customer service or account coordination.
• Familiarity with print terminology and file formats.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison between clients and print production teams, ensuring accurate communication of job specifications.
• Handle incoming customer inquiries, quotes, and print orders via phone, email, and in person.
• Provide expert guidance on printing options, file preparation, production timelines, and specifications.
• Track and manage job progress, provide status updates, and proactively resolve production issues.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate client records, job tracking, and order documentation in print management systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer service and production-related issues quickly and professionally.
• Support workflow efficiency by coordinating across prepress, production, and finishing teams.
