Adcolor Inc. is a leading large format printer seeking a Customer Service & Project Coordinator to support quote-to-order workflows in a busy print facility.

You will manage quotes, approve orders, send proofs, coordinate installation and shipping, and maintain product knowledge to serve clients with urgency and accuracy. The role blends office work with exposure to production areas, requiring attention to detail and strong communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer service experience, including managing projects.
• Proven record of attention to detail, efficient communication and organizational skills and problem solving.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Experience working in an ordering or project tracking software

Responsabilités

• Process quote requests sent from sales team
• Transition quote to an order in our system upon customer approval
• Responsible for sending art proofs to the customer for approval and notifying customer when the order is completed
• Manage jobs and projects from start to finish - checking in on progress
• Track projects and assist with any additional tasks around installation or shipping
• Maintain a strong education around our products, materials, and service offerings - this is key to success in this role
• Maintain knowledge of the industries we serve and order history
• Ability to communicate with the customer professionally with a sense of urgency and keeping them updated on the order
