Job summary

Printcommunications is seeking an Account Manager to own the customer experience from sale through production. You will coordinate with clients, the sales team, and manufacturing partners to ensure projects are delivered accurately and on time.

In this role, you will manage multiple accounts, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction and retention. A collaborative, detail-oriented mindset is essential for success.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in customer service or account management.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts through production.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal partners.
• Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and address concerns.
• Coordinate customer visits and participate in meetings as needed.
• Act as liaison between customers, Account Executives, and manufacturing.
• Manage job details, schedules, changes, and workflow requirements.
• Monitor schedules and flag issues before delivery.
• Lead project meetings with customers, sales, and production.
• Consult on specifications, file requirements, shipping, and procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve account profitability through changes.
